Unlike a Building contractor, We manage the project for you, giving you the amount of involvement you wish, you are always in complete control, We advise you, help you, interview and recommend the relevant sub contractors, keep you abreast of budget, offer cost savings where ever possible. all for an agreed fee,
We will put together an initial budget cost based on information given, or if we are "on board" early enough we can offer advise on planning, as we work along side some of the best architects in the business.
